Mr. John Catania joined Bank of Valletta p.l.c.
in 1976 and spent ten years at one of Malta’s leading
banks. During these years he was exposed both to retail as
well as corporate clients. John obtained extensive experience
in the lending arm of the bank especially assessing new business
ventures and ongoing business financing.

John held the post of General Manager for a group of companies
in the manufacturing industry employing over 400 employees
for thirteen years.

For a period of four years John worked for a local-based financial services public company two years of which he headed the Retail Sales
Team, and
was later appointed as the assistant head of the Wealth Management Division.

At Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited he is an executive
director and is responsible for the sales and operations division of the company.
