Company Profile
The Company was set up in 2002 and was issued a Category 2 Investment Services license by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide any investment related service.
Although a young company the executive directors of the company have many years experience in the financial services field and throughout the years they have developed a well-trained team to assist them more efficiently in the daily running of the business.
As a result the company prides itself of having attracted a considerable client base (having more than doubled since the Company was set up), both personal as well as corporate clients. The company’s motto is to provide a personalised service to its esteemed clients by taking independent views on the local and international markets. JMFS is one of the few companies being able to achieve this by being fully independent and thus providing impartial advice on various local and foreign investments available from several investment houses.
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Ltd is also a Direct Participant of the Off-Exchange Trade Validation and Operating System on the Malta Stock Exchange.
